"So awesome !!! They truly honor their no melt guarantee. The first shipment arrived with the ice packs shredded and box smashed and the chocolate all melted. All I had to do is send a message online with a couple pictures and in a couple days we received the fresh chocolate and no questions asked. What customer service!! The dark chocolate is the absolute best!!"

"The Chocolate is out of this world! When the first shipment arrived, the chocolate was melted, the ice packs (2) inside were completely melted and the material from inside the ice packs was all over the inside of the box. I reported it to the company - and immediately they responded asking if I wanted money back or a new box - they immediately sent a new box of the chocolate and it arrived perfectly! Thank you for such awesome customer service. Very much apprecited!! Will keep doing business for a long time!"
"The company knowing temps are in the 100’s all over the country put 2 freezer bags to keep the chocolate cool, but did not overnight the chocolate so by the time I received it late in the afternoon it was pretty much melted and a 1/4 of the box had to be throw away as it was melted to the sides of the cardboard box. I will buy again in the winter. Shame on them for not overnighting the delivery. Note the time of the delivery and the box was partially open and the 2 cool bags were totally unfrozen."
"Chocoolate is great but shipper did not deliver it cold. It may have been at one point but what i got was almost melted chocolate. So beware as long as there is heat you could get a melted mess. Only good part is the chocolate is every bit as good as claimed - even slightly melted."
"These massive dense chunks of chocolate are truly a sight to behold! And they are amazingly delicious. This box, once opened, is requiring a ton of discipline from me not to just try and destroy it in one sitting. Lol. "They are great I love it. My only problem is that we are a single person. That’s too much quantity. If you can have a package half of what I ordered that will be great so it could be silly. Be on YouTube. What I did just to finish it is I have to make a chocolate drink out of those chocolates I got."
"Very good. Not too sweet. Honesly spot on chocolate I wont get sick eating. Family and friends loved it too. It shipped from FL to San Antonio, TX. It was 103 degrees here. After 2 days of shipping all the ice was melted but the water was not hot and the chocolate was NOT melted. Probably after a few more hours or another day of travel it would’ve been melted. I’m sure they packed just enough for the distance traveled. Love it! Will buy again."
"Lord have mercy. This is the best chocolate I've ever had in my life and the small box are a pound and a half is a lot of chocolate. I highly recommend this chocolate and anything else they have. The licorice is also delicious. So much love in these boxes."
