Too hot to ship

"I’m sure this product is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately my order was shipped during a heat wave. The packaging could not last at an air temperature of 106+. The cooling packs flooded the box and everything in the box was soup. I was very disappointed upon receipt of the package. I think you logistics people really need to take the receiver temperature into account when packing and shipping your perishable delights."

"This is my second order, chocolate came packaged in what i would call a gift box. Chocolate is excellent, chunks are randomly sized & packed tight. I have shared with people at work, (nurses) and they have raved about it. I wish i could afford a giant box of it just to bring to work. Its like watching piranha work the chocolate is decimated in minutes. I will order again. 5 stars"

Customer service is great because

"Customer service is great because I think I was accidentally sent regular chocolate instead of dark chocolate. This company made it right and sent me a box of dark chocolate, which was great. I took the remaining old chocolate to the Pool Hall and everybody loved it over there and I gave him your email to order some. Your licorice is very good too when I get a chance I’ll re-order more."

"The chocolate was almost completely melted. Ice packs were just water. Chocolate still tastes good. I know I live in the desert and it's been real hot. Weather needed to be considered when shipping items to hot part of the country. Maybe morning deliveries? Not blaming one party, just alot of money for melted chocolate."

"I loved the chocolate,! I just wish that the chunks had been smaller. I had to bite chocolate off of most of them before I could put one entirely in my mouth. I realize most people would love the big chunks so it isn’t something that would keep me from ordering them again - it’s just a personal preference."

"I ordered or attempted to order a single box of mixed chocolate. Instead, I received two large boxes of mixed chocolate. There is no way I will be able to eat all of this chocolate. I have no one to send it to no one to share it with. I thought I was receiving the same size boxes as my milk chocolates."

"I got the half milk chocolate/half dark chocolate box. Both were TOO GOOD! Melt in your mouth, creamy deliciousness!!! Our box is, sadly, now nearly depleted and we will definitely order more. It's expensive, but worth the price! Nice job, Grandma!"
