"The product itself is fantastic. The packaging and shipping was a little disappointing. I ordered chocolates and had to go back to see why it was taking so long. (This was my 3rd order) The first came within days. When my package arrived. The bottom had come apart from the tube and chocolates were all over the box. The ice packs were warm and had melted. You could not eat the loose chocolates because it was covered with the sticky stuff from the ice packs. I notified Customer Service and they immediately made it right by shipping a new tube of my chocolates. But again the ice packs were not even cold. So bravo and kudos to this company's Customer Service. And yes I will be ordering again from here..but maybe when the weather is cooler. The shipping process needs work when the weather is hot. Chocolates are good."

"I love dark chocolate almonds! These are delicious. But my favorite are the dark chocolate cashews, and they very rarely sell them outside of a gift box. I would love to have them separate, they sometimes do carry it. Either way, I love this product."
