If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us at hello@chocolate.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right by sending you a replacement or processing a refund.

With our "No Melt Guarantee," you can order with confidence, knowing that we've got your back in the event of any melting issues.
If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact our Customer Care team within (30) days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.

We will reship your order to the shipping address you provide. Please include a valid street address, and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery. Chocolate.com is not responsible for failed deliveries when:
Should the above issue arise and the customer chooses to be refunded the cost of the defected, damaged, or incorrect tube, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
