Orders generally leave our facility within 10 business days after the order is placed (excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays). When you place your large order, your order will be shipped with Fedex Ground, and arrive two to four business days after being shipped.

Exceptions: 

• Orders shipped to a P.O. Box will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping rates are the same, but shipping times may be longer than quoted. 
• Orders going international will take longer than quoted time to pass through customs.

Please check your address information carefully before placing your order. Orders with incorrect addresses will be returned to sender. 

Please note: Areas impacted by extreme weather conditions may result in a delay in delivery. We will alert you via email if your shipment will be delayed beyond that time for any reason. 

Yes, we have gluten free options available for several of our brands including licorice, pretzels, chocolate, cupcakes, and taffy. If you have any questions regarding gluten, please reach out to hello@goatfoods.com, and in the subject line add Gluten Inquiry

Yes, we have several Kosher friendly options from Licorice.com, Pretzels.com, Chocolate.com, and Truffles.com. While our products come from our Kosher certified distribution center, please keep in mind that you will not see any Kosher symbol on our packaging. If you have any additional questions regarding Kosher certification, please reach out to hello@goatfoods.com and add Kosher Inquiry in the subject line.

Yes, of course you can! Each address you want to send your package to will be $9.95 shipping fee for each individual address. If your package is over 12 lbs, your shipping will be based on the weight of the package to the specific address you are shipping the package to.
